She is reliable, professional and always has a smile on her face. The feedback from the clients she supports is always positive and they are very happy with the care she delivers. Sarah is flexible and adaptable and always goes above and beyond to support the service. She recently supported our Falkirk branch, at very short notice, travelling an additional 4 hours to ensure care is delivered to our Allied clients.

Gwynfor Price – Colwyn Bay Branch

Gwyn is a credit to Allied, he is reliable, trustworthy and a valuable member of the Colwyn Bay team. A recent incident resulted in Gwyn performing CPR on one of our clients and keeping the lady alive till the paramedics arrived. He kept calm and professional, alerted the relevant services and informed branch. This lady remains in hospital and is making a good recovery, they have reiterated just what Gwyn achieved in preserving this lady’s life and he should feel very proud. Welfare checks were done to see if Gwyn was ok after the incident and he was just pleased that the client had come through it. This is well and truly going above and beyond in his role as care worker, the professionalism that he showed and his actions in saving someone’s life is such an achievement!

Janet Sewell – Ebbw Vale Branch

Since Janet started with Allied Healthcare, she has proven herself to be a naturally caring person and has built meaningful relationships with all her clients. Janet has been a very dedicated and reliable member of staff and during this particularly difficult time has picked up extra shifts to ensure all her regular clients receive continuity of care. Janet has made excellent impressions with all our clients, ensuring their care is person-centred and they are cared for with dignity and respect. We’ve received numerous compliments about Janet from her clients, their families and her colleagues. All have said how they enjoy Janet visiting them, how she puts a smile on their face and always goes above and beyond. We recently heard from one family member of a client we had just started care for who had said they hadn’t heard their mother laugh so much when Janet was attending the visit. This was incredible to hear what joy she brings all her clients.
