What is end of life care?
Keeping you comfortable in your own home, offering support for both you and your family, end of life care can include help with:
- Managing medication
- Feeding through tubes
- Managing symptoms and side effects of treatment, such as nausea, tiredness or difficulty sleeping
- Managing continence
- Home ventilation and respiratory services, including full mechanical ventilation, cough assist, chest physiotherapy and nebulisations.
We’ll work closely with your doctor, nurse and other health professionals, to make sure you receive the best care possible.
