We understand clinical care and your needs

We understand that big changes in any one’s life can be daunting and unsettling. Our nurses and clinical staff work hard to provide you and your family with the reassurance and support you need during this time.

We respect that your house is also your home. The care we deliver is personalised to meet your needs. We are able to offer support 24 hours per day, 7 days a week in your home environment.

We pride ourselves on establishing professional, trusting relationships. Our staff recognise that good communication is vital for us to be able to work with you in your home, as well as working safely with other members of your multi-disciplinary team. It enables us to provide you with safe, effective and quality care.

We take a person-centered approach

Our person-centered approach encourages you to identify what is important to you and what you would like to achieve both now, and in the future. Our lead nurses work closely with you and your family or loved ones to discuss and plan appropriate goals and outcomes.

Every individual receiving clinical care and support from us is reviewed on a monthly basis by means of a Virtual Care Round with the Director of Nursing and Lead Nurse to ensure we continue to meet your needs.
