End of life care

Many people with long-term or terminal illness prefer to be cared for at home. Our clinically-trained care workers can alleviate your symptoms, pain and stress, to keep you feeling comfortable in your own home.

How we can help you

Our fully qualified care workers can administer your medication, to help you manage your symptoms and any side effects from the treatment, such as nausea, tiredness or difficulty sleeping.

They’ll also be on hand to provide practical and emotional support, for both you and your family. This can include help with:

  • managing your continence
  • feeding through tubes
  • home ventilation and respiratory services, including full mechanical ventilation, cough assist, chest physiotherapy and nebulisations.

A team approach to your care

We’ll work closely with your doctor, nurse and other health professionals, to make sure you receive the best care possible.
