Home care

Home is where many people feel happiest and most secure. Being cared for at home is usually preferable to the disruption of moving into residential care, and with the right support, it’s possible for nearly everyone.

Home care designed around you

Our home care helps you to live life your way. We consider your needs and what you want to achieve with our assistance, then work with you to provide the right support. If your needs change, our care adapts.

Types of home care

We offer several types of home care. Domiciliary care is very flexible, allowing you to remain independent with regular visits from one of our care workers. If you need more support or want the reassurance of someone there for you at all times, we offer live-in care packages. We also provide respite care to give hardworking families a break.

If you have more complex healthcare requirements, our Nightingale Nursing service provides qualified and experienced nurses to care for you at home.

  • Domiciliary care

Our trained care workers can visit you as often as you need and help you with life’s daily tasks – from cooking and cleaning, to bathing and eating – so you can live comfortably in your own home.

  • Respite care

All carers need a break from time to time, whether it’s an afternoon off or a two week holiday. Our flexible respite care gives you the peace of mind that your loved one is getting the best possible care while you’re away.

  • Companion care

A companion care worker makes your life easier and more enjoyable. They offer company and friendship and help you with those essential personal and household tasks. Their regular visits can help you feel secure in the knowledge that you’ve got someone to turn to.

  • Live in care

If you need 24-hour care so you can stay in your own home, then live-in care can be the answer. Our live-in care workers provide exactly the support and companionship you need, so you can live life your way.

  • Elderly care

As you get older, you can need more help with day-to-day life. Our care workers give you whatever support you want, from visiting a couple of times a week to round-the-clock nursing care.

  • Nursing care

Complex health needs don’t have to mean a hospital stay. Our nursing service provides the highest standards of nursing care, allowing you to be cared for in the comfort of your home.

  • Enablement care

Enablement care helps you to learn new skills or relearn old ones. It provides extra support as you recover from illness or surgery, and can benefit people with dementia or physical difficulties. Enablement care aims to maximise your long-term independence and quality of life.
