Saskia has made a vast improvement in her delivery of care. She has picked up additional calls to support our vulnerable customers at this crucial time. Janet has been going above and beyond not only protecting herself wearing full PPE but sterilising and sanitising her customers’ homes. Janet still does shopping calls for her customers that otherwise would have no way to get their essentials, many a time having to queue and put herself at risk in doing so. Therefore Janet should be recognised as a valued member of my Colwyn Bay team.
