What our Service Users and their relatives say about us

service user testimonials
All service businesses depend on their staff being in the right place at the right time and then delivering a professional and friendly service, day in, day out. Inevitably, occasionally things don’t go to plan.
In an industry as important and high profile as caring for the sick and vulnerable, these failures quite rightly generate adverse publicity.
In this climate, it is also important not to forget that, with approximately 250 million hours of care and support delivered across the country every year, the service provided is overwhelmingly good.
To illustrate this, we have listed below a few comments from service users or their families of the many received by our branches:
“She felt she was being looked after by friends rather than someone doing a job.”
Mrs H, Bradford

Mrs B, N Yorkshire

Mr & Mrs B
“Mum was very poorly indeed throughout and could not possibly have managed to remain at home without your help and I know she came to love and respect those that came, without fail, to administer basic care to meet her needs. Rest assured that she would have been lost without you and that I am so grateful to you for a job so well done, undertaken with compassion, diligence and thoughtfulness.”
Mr F
