Contract Implementation
An Implementation Plan is written with each Tender Bid based on the timelines and Service Specification outlined by the Local Authority. Included within the plan is sections about the implementation process and team, Recruitment and TUPE transfers (where applicable). If a contract is awarded the plan is started and amended to suit any changes that encountered through to contract start.
