Allied Healthcare Group operate Call Monitoring within a number of our branches.

The system is very simple and works using Service Users existing telephone lines. The Care Worker simply makes a phone call to the central call logging system when they arrive for their visit and again just before they leave. Each of the calls will take no more than 20 seconds and are completely free of charge.
Through this process we can log, analyse and report on each individual visit. This ensures that Local Authorities and Home Care Providers such as Allied can deliver the best possible service to meet the needs of the Service User.
